Great backpack pannier combo. I just needed it for work so the smaller size is perfect. It clips onto my bike well. I ride with a fair amount of bumps and haven't had any issues with it falling off. It converts quickly. I've seen people complain about the stiffness of the zippers, but after just a couple uses, it seems fine. Fits my laptop, mouse, notepad, pens, hat, u-lock, bungee cords, chargers, and a small jacket with room to spare. It's not the comfiest backpack I've ever used, but it does the job. I was concerned I would feel the hooks in my back, but that doesn't happen as they are not positioned in a way that touches me. I'm 5'8" and this backpack seems like a good fit. I have an owala standard size water bottle and the side pocket is quite tight. It hasn't ripped, but I have some concern that it might because I have to really stretch it to get the bottle to fit.

I do wish the laptop had a separate zipper pocket. It can be mildly annoying to pull out of the main pocket. I think the bigger size does have that, so seems strange to not have one here, but it's not that big of a deal.

Since the back of the bag is also the part that touches your back when its converted, be aware that it can get dirty when riding. Mine usually has some dust on it and also gets dirt in the straps pocket, so I have to brush it off a bit before using it as a backpack.

Overall, I really like it so far. Been using it for a few weeks and haven't had any real issues. It's pricey, but there aren't many other options that I thought seemed worth it, so I'm happy with the purchase.

I love this backpack. I can fit my office clothes in here, it’s easy to grab them. Also I think I might use this backpack while traveling. I will remove the hooks (unscrew them) and use that pocket as a laptop compartment.

I've been using this bag for about a month now and am so pleased with how easy it is to pop on and off my bike rack and how secure it is on my bumpy city streets commute. It is so thoughtfully designed and a real pleasure to use! A couple notes as a short person (I am 5'2"). I love how the mounting system is adjustable so you can precisely position the bag on your rack. My bike (and I) are compact and I would end up kicking other panniers with every pedal rotation, and with this mounting system I am able to attach the bag at the very rear of my rack where I don't kick it. However, I noted in the reviews before I purchased this bag that shorter people found the bag to be too big (hangs too low) when in backpack mode, and this still seems to be the case. Since I am using this as a commuting bag and only use the backpack mode for short distances I can live with this, but I would not be able to use this bag in any bike/hike scenario.

Ok, I've looked at a lot of pannier-backpack transformer bags, and this one is the best.
- Transforms from one to the other very easily, I live and bike down to -30C and can flip pannier to backpack and forth without freezing my hands
- LOVE that the top carrying handle is in the middle of the bag instead of on the edge - my other panniers are Arkels and I find them great for touring but when you have to carry them in your hands they bash your legs up. Not so with this great 2WG bag! Carries like a briefcase if you want it to, no leg bashing around!
- The company was super transparent and helpful about negotiating how to get the bag to me with the postal strike happening, I found them very responsive and friendly, and real problem-solvers from the logistical end
- The fabric is waterproof and quite tough, and doesn't become brittle in the cold - you can tell they are truly designed for all weather
- I really appreciate the bright coloured rain cover, I got the black bag for the office but still like to be visible while out on the road
- I really like the bright coloured inside, makes it easy to find stuff in there; also the pockets are the right size and shape to carry phone/wallet/glasses etc. Impressive thoughtful design!
- I got the smaller size bag, which fits my smaller frame body really well (I'm 5'6"). I would imagine the larger bag might be too low on my back, and am super happy I went with the smaller option :)

My only suggestion for improvement is putting more reflective surfaces on the bag; but the visibility issue is solved with the bright rain cover, so not complaining about it at all!
All in all, I can only say good things about this bag. I've been looking for the right one for a while, and am so so happy I found this one!
