What is your Return Policy? 

We offer a 30 Day Commuter Guarantee that allows you to use your new Two Wheel Gear bag in your routine for up to 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your bag for any reason, ship it back for a full refund on the purchased price. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for full return instructions.


What is the Warranty? 

We provide a limited two-year warranty that guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship starting from the date of purchase. Please email us at info@twowheelgear.com for warranty claim instructions. Please send along photos of the warranty issue to help us process the claim. Refer to our Warranty page for further details.


Where is it Designed and Manufactured? 

We design all of our gear to handle serious commuting weather from -30 C / -22F to +35 C / 86F in rain, snow and intense sun. We design, test and build in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Originally all of our products were manufactured in our local workshop in Canada. Now we work with world class manufacturing partners in Vietnam and Indonesia that are Bluesign® certified and leaders in ethically sourcing materials and take part in annual factory audit programs.
