TWIST Hook
The German-made Rixen & Kaul TWIST hooks securely mount to bike racks with a diameter Ø 6-12 mm.
The blue ratchet twists and locks the pannier to the bike rack. Additional mini inserts are included that clip inside the hooks (if necessary) for small diameter bike racks.
