The Classic 3.0 is the 3rd generation of our all-weather wrinkle-free garment bag now in recycled waterproof Ripstop material. It transforms from a bike pannier to carry-on-sized shoulder luggage with enough polish to carry into the boardroom or airport lounge. You can stop rolling, folding and wrinkling your clothes when you bike to the office and hang them crisply in the Classic 3.0.

I still do not have the product I paid for.

Hi Michael,

It appears your package is still in transit. Your USPS tracking number is: EB171557599US - I apologize for the delay but sometimes things can happen during transit and especially when crossing into international countries such as Belgium. It would have been useful to email us and let us know about the situation so we can proactively help you to receive the item. It may be held up in customs and we are working to identify the issue regarding the holdup. As it has not been that long since the latest tracking update, I think it may just still be processing through Belgium customs. We will keep an eye on the progress and work to have it delivered ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks to jumping to conclusions with your very helpful review.

Unnecessary Tough Choices

The garment pannier exceeds expectations for quality. Easy to attach to bike. Perfect for getting my work clothes to the office dry and without wrinkle even after a fall or two taking the off-road path on occasion. However I was having difficulty deciding between garment pannier or backpack. Now that decision was made, discovered the correct answer was both. Really need some type of bundle deal for these two items.

Fantastic - Best Purchase I've Ever Made

I bought a previous version of this bag in 2016, and I still use it today and it shoes zero wear. It was expensive and I really had to reach to spend $250 on a bag, but it has been the best purchase I've ever made. Fits shirts perfectly, can put a suit in it, rain cover is perfect. Literally a perfect bag.

Suit pannier bag

I have been using this just under a year. Prior to this, I was using a Henty backpack. I like this garment bag as I don't have to carry it. However, within a few months, I note the studs from the pannier rails have protruded and poked a hole into the suit compartment. It also get quite bulky and becomes a pain to load on the bike (I had colleagues expressing shock at the size of the bag!). Hanging the bag up to change into my suit is a daunting process as the bag is very heavy and most hooks can't take the weight. I am undecided if I would go back to Henty. The shipping cost to Australia was exorbitant (almost the cost of the bag). If I had known of these issues, would I still consider this bag? Maybe.

Thanks for the feedback and review Mag. We don't have great distribution in Australia so shipping is tough. We ship from our USA or Canada warehouses and shipping is expensive. We try to subsidize the Aussie shipments but this big bag (as you say) can sometimes cost us upwards of $200 USD to get it to different parts of Australia. We get surprised sometimes and are shocked with how crazy international rates and fuel charges are now. But we still try our best to offer products to customers down under for reasonable shipping rates. We charge usually around $80 USD and subsidize the over. Anyway thanks for supporting us and Henty. I feel like we are both the originals in this category that attacked the problem in slightly different ways. All the best!
